Shipping and delivery

Delivery areas

Alfath Store delivers to all cities and provinces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through approved shipping companies. Delivery outside the Kingdom is not available at the moment.

Preparation and delivery times

Orders are prepared within one to two working days of confirmation and then handed to the shipping company. Expected delivery time after dispatch:

• Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam: one to three working days.
• Other cities: two to five working days.

Fridays and public holidays are not counted, and delivery may take longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees appear on the checkout page before you confirm the order. Shipping is free for orders above the amount shown in your cart; below it, a fixed fee is added and shown to you clearly.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched we send you the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow it with the carrier. If you have an account, you can also follow your orders from the account page.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available inside the Kingdom. Please have the amount ready when the courier arrives; parcels are not opened or tried before payment is completed.

Failed delivery

If we cannot reach you after three delivery attempts, or the address is incorrect, the parcel returns to us and we contact you to reschedule. A re-shipping fee may apply in this case.

Receiving the parcel

Please check the outer packaging on delivery. If the parcel arrives damaged or already open, refuse it and contact us the same day so we can resolve it.
