Accepting these terms

Using Alfath Store or buying from it means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for protecting your password, and for everything done through your account. We may suspend any account used improperly or registered with incorrect details.

Products and prices

We work to keep product descriptions and photos accurate; colours may differ slightly between screens. All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT, and the store may change prices or withdraw a product at any time before an order is confirmed.

Orders

An order is accepted once the store confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when stock runs out, a price is clearly wrong, or an order appears not to be genuine — and we will let you know.

Payment

The payment method available today is cash on delivery inside the Kingdom. The full amount is paid when the parcel is handed to you.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. After delivery, the exchange and returns page applies.

Intellectual property

All content in the store — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Alfath Store and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limits of liability

We do our best to provide an accurate and reliable service. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by carrier delays or by using a product contrary to its instructions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; an update applies from the date it is published on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is referred to the competent court there.
